Minutes of the Authorisation Comittee Meeting for implementation of Human Organ Transplantation held <\/p>\n

on 22.6.2007<\/b> at the office of the Directorate of Medical Education,Chennai.10<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

<\/span>2. The Authorisation Committee constituted in G.O.Ms.No.287 Health dt.5.5.97 for the implementation of<\/p>\n

<\/span>transplantation of Human Organ Act 1994 have examined the Donor and Recepient(duly verifying their photographs <\/p>\n

and identification marks) <\/span>have approved or not approved for the Renal <\/span>transplantation as noted against each <\/p>\n

case at the Government<\/placename>Hospitals<\/placetype><\/place> \/Private Hospitals who presented the case.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

3. The Head of Institution should intimate the dates of surgery of the approved patient to this Directorate<\/p>\n

<\/span>(Patient and Donor Name and Date of Operation) After the Renal Surgery the Head of Institution should produce<\/p>\n

<\/span>the donor between one to three months before the Authorisation Committee for Health Check up and for assessing<\/p>\n

<\/span>the Health Condition of the Donor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
